When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Many pieces are made to order and we appreciate your patience while we process your jewelry. We have free shipping for domestic packages over $100 and ship USPS First Class Package* (2-3 business days from shipping date).

You may upgrade to expedited shipping (around $9-10) for USPS Priority Mail which takes 1 business day from shipping date. International orders may take longer to arrive if your package is held up in customs. Shipping options do not include production time. 

If you are local, we offer local pick-up at our retail storefront in Milwaukee WI – just select that option and checkout!

* For free shipping your order total must be $100 or more after any discount taken, and $100 or more before tax.

Help! My Package Is Lost!

We do what we can to help relocate missing packages!

If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not updated in over a week, please contact your local post office. Once the package has been given to the postal service, it is officially out of our hands. We see the same tracking information you do. If your package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the missing mail.

Oftentimes packages are stolen, picked up by others by mistake, put in your neighbor's mailbox, etc. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for this. We highly, highly recommend making sure your package is being delivered to a safe location that you are confident in. If your package was marked as delivered but you don't have it, we recommend the following: 

  1. Waiting a few days to see if it gets delivered. Oftentimes postal workers mark something as delivered because they forgot to drop it off when they were at your stop. If this is the case, it'll be delivered within 1-2 business days!
  2. Ask your neighbors! Often times package are mis-delivered. Especially if you live in an apartment complex.
  3. Pop by the post office to see if they're holding it. Sometimes they forget to leave pick-up notices!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your items, we do offer returns or exchanges of the item(s) within 20 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused and in the same condition as when they were received.

There is a 10% restocking fee for a return over $500, will not exceed $100. 

Return shipping labels are easily downloadable and deducted off your refund amount. Custom orders, gift cards and sale items are non returnable. 

How do I return my item?

In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

6. Click Request return.

7. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Will this turn my skin green?

Ever wonder what the green imprint is when you take off your favorite ring? Don't worry! It won’t harm you and will typically disappear after a few hours.

The reason your skin turns green is actually a normal reaction to brass. It is an alloy of copper and zinc and will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen or moisture. Everyone’s body chemistry is different, and metals will react in different ways. This is caused by either the product on your fingers or just your fingers themselves. If you want to stop getting the green finger, we’ve got a few solutions to help.

Our first and most important rule - don’t get it wet! Moisture is the number one culprit so we recommend taking off your rings before washing and applying any product. Try not to use any lotion or soap while you have your ring on. Also, taking off your ring before showers, bedtime or swimming can help too. Keeping your fingers dry will prevent the copper in the ring from oxidizing faster, so your ring won't be ruined. 

If all else fails, we suggest buying rings made from different materials. Stainless steel, platinum, pure gold/silver, golf fill, gold-plated and rhodium-plated rings aren't susceptible to discoloration problems. Although they can be much more expensive, in the long run, these rings will be good investments because their good condition can be maintained for a long time.

My piece is broken! Do you offer repairs?

You have up to 60 days to report any defect or breakage in a piece. Please contact us via email at civalcollective@gmail.com for this unfortunate situation . If the piece is faulty or damaged from our own error, we will fix the piece at no cost to you. If the damage was an accident on your end, the repair cost is dependent on the part in need of replacing or repair.   

If it has been longer than 60 days we still are happy to repair any items that need a little TLC, please contact us regarding your piece and we'll work with you on reviving your lovelies. 

Can this necklace be adjusted? Or ring re-sized?

Your jewelry can be resized or adjusted with us. If you want an adjustment, please send us an email to set up a appointment at civalcollective@gmail.com.

How do I know my ring size? Can you figure that out for me?

We have a ring sizer and offer that service in store!
