When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Most pieces are made to order and we appreciate your patience while we process your pieces.  We have free shipping for domestic packages over $75 and ship USPS First Class Package (2-3 business days from shipping date). You may upgrade to expedited shipping (around $9-10) for USPS Priority Mail which takes 1 business day from shipping date. International orders may take longer to arrive if your package is held up in customs. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance has been purchased by the buyer. Please contact us for rates. 

If you are local we offer local pick at our retail storefront in Milwaukee WI, just select that option and checkout!

My piece is broken! Do you offer repairs?

You have up to 60 days to report any defect or breakage in a piece. Please contact us via email at contact@shopcival.com for this unfortunate situation . If the piece is faulty or damaged from our own error, we will fix the piece at no cost to you. If the damage was an accident on your end the repair cost is dependent on the part in need of replacing or repair.   If it has been longer than 60 days we still are happy to repair any items that need a little TLC, please contact us regarding your piece and we'll work with you on reviving your lovelies. 

Can this necklace be adjusted? Or ring re-sized?

Your jewelry can be resized or adjusted if you purchased the jewelry through Cival. Due to Covid, if you want an adjustment, please send us an email to set up a appointment. contact@shopcival.com

How do I know my ring size? Can you figure that out for me?

We have a ring sizer and offer that service in store.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your items we do offer returns or exchanges of the item(s) within 14 days of purchase as long as the items are unused in the same condition as when they were received.  Please contact us via email at contact@shopcival.com and we will discuss options and make arrangements. Return & exchange policies are subject to change and vary with each situation.

Custom orders, gift cards and sale items are non returnable.
