When can I expect my order to ship?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Most pieces are made to order and we appreciate your patience while we process your pieces. For domestic packages we ship USPS first class (4-7 business days from shipping date) or USPS priority (2 business days from shipping date). International orders may take longer to arrive if your package is held up in customs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance has been purchased by the buyer. Please contact us for rates.
If you live in Milwaukee in store pick up can be arranged by contacting us.
How do I keep my brass shiny?
My piece is broken! Do you offer repairs?
You have up to 60 days to report any defect or breakage in a piece. Please contact us via email at email@example.com for this unfortunate situation . If the piece is faulty or damaged from our own error, we will fix the piece at no cost to you. If the damage was an accident on your end the repair cost is dependent on the part in need of replacing or repair. If it has been longer than 60 days we still are happy to repair any items that need a little TLC, please contact us regarding your piece and we'll work with you on reviving your lovelies.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your items we do offer returns or exchanges of the item(s) within 14 days of purchase as long as the items are unused in the same condition as when they were received. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a return shipping label. Once we receive your return order we will issue your refund minus the return shipping cost.
Custom orders, gift cards and sale items are non returnable.
