We do what we can to help relocate missing packages!
If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not been updated in over a week, please contact your local post office. Unfortunately, once the package has been given to the postal service, it is officially out of our hands. We see the same tracking information you do. If your package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for missing mail.
We highly recommend ensuring your package is delivered to a safe location that you are confident in. If your package was marked as delivered, but you don't have it, we encourage you to do the following:
- Wait a few days to see if your items get delivered. Sometimes, postal workers mark something as delivered but don't drop it off when they are at your stop. If so, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days!
- Ask your neighbors! Parcels can be mis-delivered, especially if you live in an apartment complex.
- Pop by the post office to see if they're holding it. Sometimes, they forget to leave pick-up notices.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your items, we do offer returns or exchanges within 20 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns over $500, but it will not exceed $100.
Return shipping labels are easily downloadable and deducted from your refund amount. Custom orders, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable.
If you do not have a customer account, please email us at civalcollective@gmail.com, and we will discuss options and make arrangements. Return and exchange policies are subject to change and vary with each situation.

Ever wonder what the green imprint is when you remove your favorite ring? Don't worry! It won't harm you and will typically disappear after a few hours.
Your skin turns green because of a normal reaction to brass. The green hue results from a copper and zinc alloy and will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen or moisture. Everyone's body chemistry is different, and metals and skin types will react in various ways. If you want to stop getting the green finger, we've got a few solutions to help.
Our first and most important rule - don't get it wet! Moisture is the number one culprit of green imprint, so we recommend removing your rings before washing them and applying any other product. Avoid using any lotion or soap while you have your ring on. Taking off your ring before showers, washing hands, bedtime, or swimming can help too. Keeping your fingers dry will prevent the copper in the ring from oxidizing faster.
If all else fails, we suggest wearing rings made from different materials. Stainless steel, platinum, pure gold/silver, gold fill, gold-plated, and rhodium-plated rings aren't susceptible to discoloration problems. Although they can be much more expensive, these rings will be suitable investments in the long run because their good condition can be maintained for a long time.
