STEP ONE

WHAT DO YOU LOVE?

First, we’d like to gain a sense of your design style and preferences. The more detailed your vision board, the better!  If you have drawings or inspiration pictures, this is the time to gather them up and send them our way! Please fill out our questionnaire above and email us to get started.

After we receive your questionnaire, you’ll be scheduled to meet with one of our experienced lead designers for a free consultation. In this meeting, we will discuss your ideas, style, materials, and budget in finer detail.

STEP TWO

DESIGN CONSULTATION

Your initial one-on-one consultation will help establish the inspirations, moods, and visual compositions that will make your custom piece perfect for you. Together, we will discuss design ideas based on the styles you love, stone preferences, metals, and personal lifestyle. 

At this stage, our team will provide you with estimates of price ranges based on the scope of your design, a likely timeline for your project, and an estimate of what stones will be selected for your next appointment. If you decide to move forward with us, we will send you a contract agreement outlining the full breadth of your project and a deposit request so we can begin work on your custom piece right away.

STONE SELECTION 

From there, we find the perfect centerpiece for your design — bringing you the best and most cost-effective options from our trusted suppliers. Once we have a range of pieces personally selected to match your specifications, you can inspect and compare each stone yourself to ensure you receive stones that you truly love. For remote clients, we will send images and video links. If you’re local, we will reach out to set up a viewing as soon as all stone options are available.

STEP THREE

CREATE & REFINE YOUR DESIGN

Depending on the complexity of your design, we may decide that additional visual references are needed. If so, we will work digitally to create a custom vision board based on your inspiration that will serve as a custom guide to the next stage of creating a fully realized model of your design. These initial concepts are used to create a photorealistic image using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and unparalleled AI technology. This image will be presented to you for alterations to make sure it meets every expectation before we continue.

Modifications can be made along the way, custom tailoring the project to be exactly how you want it. Refining your ideas may take a few variations. Still, it is always our goal to make the most unique and best designs possible—compositions that represent our design experience and signature style and are customized to be the perfect fit for you.

Once we’ve made any requested modifications, we will request final approval of your design. An estimate will be provided before we physically start the production process.

FINAL STEP

MAKING YOUR CUSTOM RING

After the CAD design is finalized and approved, your custom piece goes into production! Your jewelry is 3D printed, cast, refined, and set—all by hand. Metal smiths will handcraft the physical version, polishing, adding texture, and finer details. Finally, our master gem-setter will set each stone into your piece with precision and care.

Meanwhile, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. After your final estimate and approval, most jewelry will be prepared for production within a few weeks. Stone setting and finishing can also take a week or more, so most pieces are ready within four to six weeks after you approve the final design. If you are local, we can make an appointment for you to pick it up at our shop or arrange for your design to be shipped to you securely via UPS–fully insured, signature required.

As a final step, we inspect the piece ourselves, making sure it is constructed to perfection before presenting you with the custom-designed jewelry of your dreams.

Typically, the price point for custom fine jewelry, including precious metals, high-grade gemstones, and expert craftsmanship, is around $2400.

• Please inquire about platinum, sterling silver, gold, and all other fine jewelry—pricing upon request.
• We can work with you and your budget. Smaller budgets typically affect materials and design, but we would never turn our noses. When inquiring, please specify what's affordable for you. We will let you know how we can make your jewelry dreams come true.
• Please allow at least six to twelve weeks from your initial inquiry to the completed project. Timelines depend heavily on client response time, design process, and current workload.
